These are the example of a few internet connection issues all of us face. Why do we face these internet connection issues, and how can I troubleshoot my internet connection? The answer is quite simple, no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clubhdtv.com\/high-speed-internet-services.html\">internet service provider<\/a> is perfect, you will face one problem or the other with your Wireless broadband provider. There are simple steps for troubleshooting internet connection issues, but unfortunately, most people don\u2019t even know about them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You end up calling your ISP for a technician and pay heavy amounts for getting your speed back. Take our advice and try to troubleshoot your internet connection, eventually, you\u2019ll understand the reason behind your Wifi connection issue. Once you know the root cause, it\u2019ll be a cakewalk to get your internet speed back on its feet. We have created a list of most common internet connection issues that you can easily troubleshoot at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"router-wont-connect-to-the-internet\"><\/span>Router Won&#8217;t Connect to the Internet<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The best solution is to buy a new router, disconnect the old one, and follow the steps for setup provided by the manufacturer in the instruction manual. Or you can go through with the quick fix if your pockets don\u2019t allow you to purchase a new Wireless router. What you need to do is to unplug your router and your modem, remove the power cable from the modem. Remove all the cables that connect the router and the modem (the coaxial cable). Leave everything unplugged for at least 30 seconds. After the time span has passed, reconnect the coaxial cable, and wait till the light shows that everything has been plugged in perfectly. Attach all the cables back to your router, including the Ethernet cables from the mode. As soon as you click on the video, the net stops working. Or you might have seen the lights on your modem and router disappear and reappear again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a very common WiFi connection issue, especially for those who are using cable and Fios internet service. This problem is caused because of a degraded signal coming into your modem. If you use network cable splitters, then replacing them would be a good option. If are using several splitters for diverting network to different parts of your home, then check if you are using a -7dB splitter, it is printed on the top of your splitter. Try replacing your -7dB splitter that your modem is connected to with a -3.5dB splitter. Resetting your WiFi router forces it to revert to its original settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the back of most wireless routers, there\u2019s a small button, press and hold the button with a paper clip till all LED lights blink. When you are through the process, your router is back to its factory settings. You can now connect with the router using the default username and password.
